Seems like those GBE boys can’t stay out of trouble. Chief Keef and
his Chicago rap clique have been making a ton of noise because of their
music, but their controversies speak volumes as well. Lil Reese is now
under fire due to a viral video which shows him beating up a young woman.
Lil Reese's Assault Video: Fans And Hip-Hop Community React
If there was any doubt that it was Reese in the video, the Def Jam
signee confirmed it on Twitter early Thursday morning (October 25),
blaming unnamed haters for releasing an old clip in an attempt to
discredit him. "The haters tryna see a mf Dwn lol Dey gotta b broke and
bored wanna upload sum sh-- from years ago damnn we winnin it's 2
late...#3hunna," he wrote. "Dis wat doin betta den da next mf bring small s--- it's nothin time 2 turn Uppp f--- it...#3hunna."
The grainy camera phone video starts off with the rising rap rookie
arguing with the young woman in what appears to be her home. "Who the
f--- let them in here though?" she says of Reese and his friends.
After some argument, she warns the rapper to keep his hands to
himself and tells him, "They didn't stop making guns when they made
yours."
From there, the drama turned physical as the two exchanged pushes and
shoves before Reese backed the female into the wall and began punching
her furiously. When the young lady dropped to the floor, the rapper
still kicked and punched her for several seconds while she and her
friends screamed in the background.
Earlier this month Reese released his Don't Like mixtape with DJ Drama and Don Canon. The tape features his latest single "Us," which was remixed by Rick Ross and Drake on Rozay's The Black Bar Mitzvah mixtape.
